At Roller Nation, we are committed to the safety of our customers, visitors and staff. By visiting or using our venue, you agree to follow our Terms & Conditions so everyone can enjoy the experience safely.

Roller Nation Club Nights are strictly for guests aged 18 and over. We operate a ‘Challenge 25” policy so physical ID may be required as proof of age.

For everyone’s comfort outside food, drinks or chewing gum are not permitted inside the venue.

If you’re using your own skates, Jam Plugs and Stoppers must be fitted.

Roller skating carries a risk of physical or emotional injury. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept these risks and take full responsibility for your own safety.

To help us keep everyone safe, please follow the instructions of our marshals and take advantage of the complimentary protective equipment available from the skate hire.

Anyone who does not follow the rules or puts their own or others safety at risk may be asked to leave without a refund.

Definitions
In these "Terms and Conditions" the following definitions apply:
Venue: Roller Nation, 117 Bruce Grove, London, N17 6UR;
Ticket: a valid ticket permitting the holder entry to the Venue.
Terms & Conditions

Any person who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be refused entry or asked to leave the Venue. This could include removal by members of the Roller Nation team, security staff or the police. The usual ticket/refund arrangements will not apply and you will not be offered the opportunity to schedule an alternative session.

While you’re on Roller Nation (the Venue) premises, please follow any reasonable instructions from our staff and kindly comply with health and safety notices, policies and announcements, as well as instructions given by anyone acting on the Venue’s behalf.

The Venue may refuse admission to anyone at its discretion to help maintain safety for all guests. We may also carry out security searches, where appropriate.

Children attending junior events (ages 5–14) must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian) at all times.

The Venue is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Sessions will run in most weather conditions. If an extreme weather situation causes a session to be cancelled, refunds will only be available if the cancellation is announced less than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. In these circumstances, ticket holders will be offered alternative sessions subject to availability.

Venue staff may ask anyone to leave the premises if they appear to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other prohibited substances or if their behaviour is not in keeping with these Terms and Conditions. This will be without any entitlement to a refund or an offer of an alternative session.

If anyone is found with illegal substances or weapon/s, they will be reported directly to the police.

Personal protective equipment is available at all times from the skate hire. Please wear it for your own safety when roller skating — if you choose not to request or use Protective Equipment, you do so entirely at your own risk.

No food or drink may be brought into the Venue at any time. except birthday cakes by prior arrangement.

Fireworks or pyrotechnics, laser devices or flammable liquids or gases are not permitted into the Venue.

The possession and/or use of legal highs are prohibited. Anyone found in possession/use of these will be refused entry or asked to leave the Venue — this will be without the right to a refund or the offer of an alternative session.

We may refuse entry to anyone we believe intends to cause disorder, damage, nuisance or to commit any form of civil or criminal offence.

We may refuse entry to anyone bringing bulk quantities of items that could be intended for unauthorized selling or trading.

For health and safety reasons, eating and/or drinking or using photographic or recording equipment, including mobile phones and other media devices is not permitted whilst roller skating in the designated rink area.

Smoking or vaping (or any equivalent) is strictly prohibited in all enclosed areas of the Venue.

For each session, ticket holders may skate only for the event they have purchased a ticket.

By entering the Venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded and to the Venue using any images, film or recordings for future promotional and/or other activities.

All visitors and patrons skate at their own risk and the Venue shall not be deemed liable for any loss, injury or damage other than a death arising from the Venue’s negligence.

Roller Nation does not accept liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Roller Nation provides wheelchair access and can accommodate wheelchair users (please see our "Accessibility Statement"). Where a wheelchair user requires the assistance of an essential companion during their visit, they must make their own arrangements as the Venue is unable to provide staff for this purpose.

If you appear to be under 25, you may be asked to show valid ID when entering an adult event (evenings). Roller Nation decides whether ID is acceptable. Only photo ID in the form of an EU driving licence, a UK/EU passport or a PASS-accredited ID will be accepted.

Last admission 90 minutes before the end of an event.
